Connect with yourself through music
Music Therapy, Sensory Awareness and Guitar Lessons
ELI GORDOA
I am a musician, music therapist, and a certified Sensory Awareness teacher.
I have been connected to music my whole life: it is my language, my refuge, my way of being in the world.
For over 20 years, I combined my career as an engineer with my passion for music. However, after an illness, I discovered the healing power of music and sensory awareness.
Since then, I have been supporting people of all ages in enhancing their overall well-being. Together, we explore key dimensions of human experience: identity, emotional expression and regulation, communication and relationships, attention and memory, creativity, self-esteem, relaxation, movement and coordination, voice and breathing, and the connection with our inner self, among others.
